Refer A Friend Terms & Conditions
Only “active” Escort-ladies-directory.com customers are eligible to participate. Active is defined as a current paying customer.
Only one Qualified Referral can be earned for each Referred Customer. Escort-ladies-directory.com has the right to set an annual limit on the number of Qualified Referrals earned by a single Referring Customer.
For each successful Referred Customer you will receive a 50% discount on the next monthly payment for your account. Successful referred customer means the referred customer creates and activates their account with a successful payment.
Referrals that do not use the Unique Referrer Code provided by the active customer will not qualify for the reward as this is the method for tracking referrals that lead to the subsequent reward discount.
Offer not valid and discounts are not payable for self-referrals or fraudulent transactions.
Escort-ladies-directory.com reserves the right to cancel the Refer-a-Friend Program or to change these terms and conditions at any time in its sole discretion.

Cancellation of Automatic Recurring Payment

Escort-ladies-directory.com will not be responsible for any additions to, changes in, deletions from, delays in publication or withdrawal of any Advertisements required by any authority having responsibility for the regulation of online or press advertising (including the Advertising Standards Authority).
Escort-ladies-directory.com cannot guarantee the time, dates and/or position of Advertisements and all such decisions will be at the sole discretion of Escort-ladies-directory.com. However, Escort-ladies-directory.com will use reasonable efforts to comply with the wishes of the Advertiser.
If a booked Advertisement is not published at all solely due to a mistake on Escort-ladies-directory.com’s part, Escort-ladies-directory.com will try to offer an alternative publication date(s). If the alternative date(s) is not accepted, the original booking will be cancelled and the Advertiser shall be entitled to a full refund if the Advertiser has paid in advance for the Advertisement. This shall be the Advertiser’s sole remedy for failure to publish the advertisement.
